The Bible highly commends the noble Bereans for being open-minded: “These [Berean Jews] were more fair-minded [“noble” KJV] than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the WORD with all readiness, and searched the Scriptures daily whether those things [preached by Paul] were so…many of them believed” (Acts 17:1-9, 11-12)!
